I called and confirmed before taking a taxi to hotel, they said ok, but when I reached hotel they absurdly said hotel is full and wanted to cheat me by taking to some other hotel, very very very very bad people , I made a police complaint, they wasted 3 hours of mine, frustrating that's the least to say of these idiots

Don’t stay here!
I stayed here at the Pearl seven years ago. I rated it highly back then. However there has not been one Rupee spent on maintenance since then. The fridge was broken, the sheets were stained and anything but clean, the lighting was poor, the Internet was marginal, The hot water was barely warm and the bathroom smelled like a urinal. The breakfast buffet was laughable. I advise you to avoid this hotel. Don’t stay here!

This hotel has not been taken care of, the bathroom needs to be cleaned. The faucet was dirty and looked like never been cleaned. This hotel has speakers in the hallway and they play loud music over it. We had very loud guest across our room and he was yelling at her daughters with their room door open at the middle of the night and non of the hotel staff cared to stop that. I didn't expected to be this bad and i will not stay at this place again or recommend to anyone.

The Delhi experience
Great staff very helpful good breakfast different choice each day.Good room service clean room every day.Toiletries replenished daily.An amazing travel manager who organised train journeys and flight for us.Clean tidy hotel all round.Area is a bit rough but we'll located MacDonald two doors away from hotel A great stay will definitely be going back when in Delhi

Not very good hotel
We booked a family room, but there were no slippers in the room considering it was a winter period. And we had to ask for the hot water as it was not found always in the bathroom. The electric kettle was not functioning properly and after complaining, it was replaced, but with same defect.

Excellent for couples and families
If I remember, I am staying at this property for the fourth time and it never fails to deliver. Everything about this property was excellent and I can not fault it. Great location, it's very easy to get around the city by metro or taxi. Clean, spacious and modern rooms, the bathroom was just perfect with all the amenities such as shower gel, soaps, clean towels, hair dryer and so on. Breakfast choices were pretty good, and dinner was just amazing.

I'm quite good with reviews. Found the hotel to be deceiving from the website. Gym only had 2 machines working. A pile of mattresses in the corner and a cot. No free weights. A lat pull machine not working. And other gym equipment out of order. I was duped into a taxi service that I paid over the odds for. They are all in a money making circle. From the taxi firm to the driver to the tour guide. Who only takes you to shops that he's affiliated with and makes his commission from. I'm sure that the people there assume I don't work for my money and mine grows on trees. Therefore it's ok to over charge me and make me buy there services. Don't take there taxi it's over budget. Use a 3 wheeler to take you around the city. Don't get a tour guide. Do it yourself. Your very safe. Just watch out for pick pocketing. General employees at the hotel are lovely. Helpful and pleasant.

Definitely worth the money 
Great location, most tourist attractions are a few minutes away by taxi. The personnel are very friendly. Beds comfortable. Breakfast is good, although it can be improved (more items can be added especially for non-vegetarians).

All around a great hotel
Close to the metro station, which is a very convenient option for getting around the city. There are many restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was very professional and reliable and helped us with everything we needed throughout the stay. The rooms were immaculate and the free WiFi facilities was a big plus.

Good for spend a night
Standard of the room depending on the room categories. We chose a deluxe double room, which was very spacious and large, but sometimes noisy. The roof terrace is so good and well maintained. The food was a little pricey but very tasty.

Room we booked was bigger than we expected, and was very modern and clean with very comfortable beds and bedding. Bathroom was very spacious and the shower has the best water pressure I have ever had. The location is great, close to all means of transportation and attractions.

I booked and paid for a room for 3 nights and emailed the hotel before our stay to inform them that we would be arriving late (2/3am) they replied and thanked me for letting them know. When we arrived at 3am they informed us that the hotel was fully booked and they would have to transfer us to their sister hotel. No apologies or explanation to why they had booked the room we paid for. We were then walked down a dark street to another hotel where two men loitered in our room for a tip before we had to ask them to leave. Breakfast at this sister hotel was a joke and the rooms were horrible. We returned to the Pearl to ask about our room (they said they would come and get us) again no apologies or mention of a refund. We eventually moved back but the whole situation was ridiculous and not a good start to our trip.

Hotel was great! Clean, Service was great! Only complaint was a blue light in my room. I couldn't turn off. Close to 2 Metro stations. Great family room if you are traveling with 3 people.
