About the Condo: Newly renovated and fully furnished 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo, one of the “best” units in the complex! Some highlights include brand new Air Conditioning Unit and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Sit back on the demi sofa or in the 2 (high back) Occasional Chairs and enjoy the large screen TV in living room, streaming services only. We provide Linens, Bathroom Towels, Beach Towels and Beach Chairs so you can arrive and hit the ground running! After a long day at the beach and dinner downtown enjoy the luxury King size memory foam mattress. Wake each day to the convenience of having a full private kitchen with a Keurig Coffee Maker/basic kitchen utensils and all the convenience of a home away from home. Our rental also includes one (1) parking space. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING, PET FREE UNIT.

Getting Around: The City of Delray Beach offers a free, on demand transportation service in and around Downtown. Freebee are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles. (March) St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival is a 53-year tradition. The Parade features over 70 entries comprised of floats, schools, businesses, community groups, non-profits, elected officials, United States Veterans, fire engines, motorcycles, Pipes and Drums, marching bands, first responders, Irish heritage societies and other ethnic groups. After the parade visit the Festival in Old School Square. Both the parade and festival are free family-friendly events with live music, food trucks, food booths, vendors, games, and more!

(July) The 4th of July celebration is another family-friendly event. The celebration includes a flag raising ceremony, singing of the National Anthem, food eating contests, food trucks and vendors, children’s activities and games, non-stop entertainment and fireworks at 9:00 pm.

(November-December) Delray Beach is home to a 100’ Christmas adorned with 18,000 ornaments and 217,980 LED lights. The Holiday season is kicked off with a Tree Lighting Celebration and Yuletide Street Fair offering festivities, delicious food, live music and crafts stations.
