The Lookout, Denmark WA Accommodation - High Speed WIFI & Netflix

This spacious 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom holiday home is the perfect holiday retreat to relax and unwind.

The holiday house is situated between the town of Denmark and Ocean Beach (4km either way) and is conveniently placed to explore surrounding forests, wineries and beaches with many walks and drives in the area.

One of the most enjoyable features of the Lookout is the beautiful long balcony which stretches across the front of the house. It's a wonderful place to sit back and relax. The feeling of being amongst the tall karri tress is quite amazing. It's like having your own exclusive tree house.

You will enjoy some fabulous birdlife including all kinds of parrots, kookaburras, honey eaters and small wild birds. The house offers glimpses through the trees to Wilson Inlet. A wonderful place to have a glass of local fine wine and chat with friends or loved ones until late into the night.

The rear of the house offers a landscaped native garden with natural stone path to explore the native flora and fauna.

The main living area is located on the upper level of the house. The open plan lounge and kitchen have a great view of the surrounding forest. There is a six seater dining table and a beautiful cane lounge suite.

Free WIFI - We are pleased to offer NBN fibre wifi. You will also have access to Netflix on the flat screen TV. Enjoy watching latest films and top TV shows.

The house is fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning which makes winter stays nice and cozy and summer stays cool and relaxing.

The house has just had new carpets and flooring in all rooms. The beds also have new comfortable mattresses.

The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances to suit your needs. There is Nescafe Gusto coffee machine. There is also a laundry which includes washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Never long enough in Denmark!
Very simple property and a little dated compared to others we’ve stayed at over the years in Denmark but it has everything you need and in a beautiful spot. Our group had 2 adult couples with 2 and 3 kids each. Beds were comfy and one family was upstairs and the other downstairs which was perfect for us. We bought some bird seed for the feeders and the kids loved seeing all the birds come and visit. The heating worked super well as it was the first relatively chilly nights since summer started. Downstairs shower doesn’t have much water pressure but upstairs was great! Some of the supply staples were running low so we visited IGA to top up, no problems. Overall we wish we booked a longer stay as you never have enough time to see and do everything in Denmark. For so many of us in the one house it was cosy but also spacious we could enjoy a movie with the kids all downstairs… Thank you Keith and Georgie! Xox

Great Location
The lookout was a great home to stay whilst enjoying the beautiful town of Denmark. The balcony is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a bbq of an evening. Our children loved watching the birds up close and we found the location perfect for our day trips. Everything we needed was available in the home and there was enough space for two families. We enjoyed our stay, peaceful tree area. close to town. birds come to visit for morning and afternoon seed which is supplied. Only downside, was the iron didn't work properly, and the water tasted ghastly we had to buy water to boil for coffee. Expensive stay 4 nights we have had better in Denmark area for half the costs for same time frame.

A great house, beautiful spot in amongst the tall trees. Loved our visits from the galahs and Magpies..the deck really is an asset. Queen beds so comfortable but bunks in the third bedroom less so especially with adults but probably fine for kids. Would recommend to others. We had a wonderful stay in the house.

We had a lovely week and thank you very much Keith. The property was clean and welcoming and we especially enjoyed the toffee and wine. Unfortunately we had one veranda chair broken. It appeared the side bolt was snapped. We also ran out of toilet rolls but bought some extra as it wasnt worth contacting you. Overall a wonderful stay and we would love to return.

1Adams was a comfy home away from home for us... since we were 8 adults we would have preferred all queen size beds. The single beds/bunks were uncomfortable for our adult bodies. A perfect getaway for a family with children. Missed having a dishwasher in the kitchen . In all we had a great 3 nights here!!
