Overview
Sunny Daze Cottage is walking distance to Pelham House, Cleat and Anchor, Sea St. Grill, Chapin's Restaurant, Ocean House, Woolfie's Bakery, The Dog House, Joey's Pizza, Garden Mini-Golf, and local favorite Sundae School Ice Cream. A quick trip to Dennis Port Village offers an eclectic mix of shops and Buckie's Cafe.

Getting Around
Outside of the local beach and neighborhood, you'll need a car to get around the local area, but Dennis Port of conveniently nestled between everything you might want to get to on the Cape! If you follow Rte 28, you are just a moment away from South Yarmouth with loads of restaurants and mini-golf options. Just a bit further is bustling Hyannis with wonderful shopping and dining experiences. If you choose to head the other direction you can spend a day in elegant Harwich or Chatham, or simply keep it going and in under an hour you can experience colorful Provincetown!

- Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance

- Guests must e-sign the 5-Star Co-Host property rental agreement in order to receive the access codes to the property.

- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked
- No Parties
- No Smoking
- No illegal activity
- Only registered guests allowed
- Maximum 2 dogs and must have approval first (there are 14 restricted breeds - please inquire)

The home has a security camera with recording features. The camera is an exterior camera and points at the driveway. It is active at all times. Tampering or disabling the camera will result in immediate cancellation of your booking and removal from the property.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $200 pet fee.
