UNT is only 3-5 minutes away and the area has countless restaurants, grocery stores, and great nearby shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and guests may park in the 2-car garage and 2 in the driveway. The backyard is fully fenced and there are chairs for relaxing on the back patio. Overall excellent house. Great value. Issues passcode was wrong 1984 but last four digits of my phone which is an excellent code. Standard F150 would not fit in garage. Other than that excellent trip. Thank you.

UNT Student Transfer Orientation
Property is located in a really nice new subdivision developed behind an older one. Location is closer to TWU but just minutes from UNT. Location is awesome to take advantage of night life at trendy, family friendly Denton Downtown Square Home has great layout and is equipped to make your stay comfortable. Coffee bar fully stocked, plenty of towels, the beds and pillows were really comfortable and ladies, a full sized blow dryer provided-Yes!! ;-) Check in nice and easy. Access to garage door opener made coming and going so convenient Will definitely book again
