Not a bad decision
The hotel was nice in comparison to the other around it that would've cost at least $100 more. The bathroom left more to be desired because the fixtures were damaged or not secured and not the cleanest. However I would definitely stay again if I found myself needing to be in Gainesville.

The staff was very attentive! He even called to make sure we were not having issues finding the property because we we hadn't checked in and it was getting late. The only issue is someone let their dog urinate in the hallway and the smell was overwhelming. But our room was spotless and the breakfast was great! If the hallway didn't have the strong smell of dog urine I'd say this place was a great place to stay for the price!!

When i checked in half roll of tp.. i asked for more x 2 none was received… they only clean rooms every other day so no towels . I had to go down to front desk at 11pm when we returned from a long day and get tp and towels as they could not deliver to room.. no white milk, cranberry juice was pink water and bananas were ready for bread making.. i did talk to breakfast gal about juice her reply was i told my manager.. very poor customer service.

The property is fine for a night’s stay. The construction surrounding the hotel makes it difficult to get in and out but that’s no fault of the hotel. Children running up and down the halls make for a long night but the service and staff were adequate for our night.

My only issue was the number of boats in the parking lot, all taking up numerous spots (7-12 per boat/vehicle)...thats fine, but there was no other parking except the Jack in the Box next door.

I booked a room it was canceled and no one called me. They claim they had no information for me. They found me a room at another location and quoted me a lower price but in the end I was charged more money and no help to resolve! Will not use them again.

Room “felt” clean. Property seemed like people cared. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Minor negatives were: 1) never got a bill. Printer was not working 2) unclear as to where the breakfast area was so we left without getting any.
