Our check in was terrible. No one at the desk so I called the number 500 on the phone provided and was told it was no loner in service. After waiting too long, a gal staying there came to the lobby and told me she had the same problem and gave me the number to call. When I called it, the guy came from just around the corner and was less than friendly.

Our room was covered in roaches. In the sheets, underneath the bed, on the walls. White powder on tv stand, and the bedding was dirty. Was told we could not get a refund on weekends so we ended up just leaving and sleeping in the car. Tried to ask if we could get a refund Monday and the front desk person said ā€œNo because we canā€™t prove you didnā€™t stay if itā€™s 2 days laterā€. Very unprofessional and anyone who feels uncomfortable or unsafe should always get a refund if they donā€™t even stay the night. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Needs to be shut down.
