It was okay. Parking was full, so you have to park in back of building but couldn't get in at night so you have to walk to front which is not a short walk and it was pouring down rain. System was down, so we couldn't check in for hours, no compensation for the major inconvenience.

The employee's at this hotel were so helpful about getting us the best price and the best room. The hotel was clean, well kept and offered a free shuttle service to the airport with a driver who knew the area and could provide recommendations.

It was convenient in its location near the airport. The shuttle bus was wonderful and the drivers were very friendly. The receptionist both in person and on the phone was helpful and pleasant. We were there for one night to catch a plane, but it was great to have everything we needed so accessible.

My flight came in at night so we got to the hotel kind of late. Then left the next morning. So I can't say much about the area. Or the parking because I used the hotel shuttle, which was a big plus. Another plus was having alcohol to purchase. That came in handy after a long day. I wasn't happy with breakfast to purchase tho. I did not buy.
