10/10 would definitely recommend this place! It was AMAZING and definitely a place I would book again. Their whole vibe throughout the place stands out from your usual hotel you would stay. Bed was comfy and the room was cozy!

Stunning property with the most unique and modern room Iā€™ve ever stayed in. The projector was a nice touch and the bed was so comfortable. The communal areas had an amazing aesthetic and so many cool and useful touches in the room and everywhere in the hotel. will definitely be back.

Concept is nice, bed was fairly comfortable and the shower was very nice. Valets both in the evening and in the morning were short and rude. The self check-in and out and all the ā€œself-serviceā€ is a poorly veiled attempt to cut staffing costs. Made everything more difficult and there was no one to ask questions. Tv and projector were not working in our room with no indication on who/how we could reach out to get it fixed. Kept getting offered the free late check out at 1pm but no way to actually get the late check out. Overall a decent stay, but the attempts to be modern made the whole stay more frustrating and difficult. Definitely not worth the price if youā€™re not going to staff the hotel or offer guest support.

This property is very unique. We enjoyed staying. It was a convenient location, but the parking off site was not as convenient as I would have like. One thing we absolutely hated, minor as it was, was the hand lotion on the side of the sink. I think it may have been rancid.

The only real complaints we have was the roof top bar was never openā€¦ which we even asked when itā€™s open and the day and time kept changing.. Also parking ā€¦ you can park yourself but itā€™s a ways away and if you have luggage itā€™s inconvenientā€¦ they do have valet but that definitely ads upā€¦

My car almost got jacked into twice and I got cornered outside by someone drugged up on the few times I checked on my car (at the free street parking, itā€™s $50 freaking dollars to park in the ramp otherwise. If youā€™re looking for a cool, trendy hotel, then yes, this serves that purpose and they do very well at this. The on site laundry and gym were very nice, the rooms had some amenities in terms of kitchening which was nice, but the rooms themselves mirrors hospital rooms shape and size. If you like trendy hip stuff youā€™ll have what you need - I was dying to get out. Once I did, I stayed at a normal embassy suites place and they treat you like an actual guest and want you to be there itā€™s like night and day. They pretended to be accommodating but then went silent when asking about partial refunds to leave early. Depends what you are looking for.
