Weekday staff are friendly and helpful and the common areas werecleaned even moppingmultipletimesaday.....the weekend staff not so much...no cleaning was done over the weekend also. Vomit and multiple spills etc in the only elevator .

Everything was great and clean. The room was nice an large. What I didn't like was having to call the front desk because the people above me evidently had children running around day, And night. They stopped after alerting the front desk but I wish I had been put in an area where there were no children above.

Friendly, clean and comfortable
Very close to the show I attended, Walmart, several restaurants and fast food spots as well. Starbucks right across the street. The staff were all helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with the usual amenities. I will definitely book this hotel agian when I attended this show next year.

The hotel charged my card $172.50 initially for the “security deposit/incidentals” during my stay. Keep in mind, I already paid $300 for the hotel. On the first day, I purchase $4.00 from the marketplace, I was charged another $167.50 for that charge. I mentioned it to the front desk, she argued with me that it was not a “charge”, only an “authorization”. I asked why an additional “authorization”, considering I already had one when I checked in. Never got an answer. She said, oh, you will see a bunch of weird stuff on your card, but don’t worry, we are not charging you for it. Very unprofessional and not necessary. I will never stay there again.

The A/C sounded like it was going to explode so it kept me up all night. The shower was small and the shower head was so low I had to lean down to wash my hair. I’m only 5’5”. Staff was very friendly though.
