We LOVED staying at the Courtyard. The room was spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The bakery next door is a a huge bonus!

Great Place, but...
Hotel is great and the staff is nice ... however the 16th Street Mall is under massive construction and super unpleasant. It's populated by plenty of folks with challenges and no police anywhere. There is a $44 a night parking fee.

Nice room with excellent location!
Our room was great! We were there for the parade and our room gave us a great view when we got too cold standing outside. Everyone we encountered was gracious and the location canā€™t be beat!

Overall had a very nice stay, walkable distance to a lot of dining and shops in the heart of downtown, also close distance to arena and stadium for sporting events. Only downside was our room was often not cleaned unless we requested at the front that they come to clean it, staff would be on our floor but skip our room entirely. Hotel front desk staff very friendly and helpful though.

The hotel was overall in good condition, walking distance to the train station, Ball Arena and downtown. My room was good, but the lights in the room were bad, thats something that could easily be improved. I reccomend this hotel

Riley at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She greeted me by name! Riley found a great City Tour for us. She was so sweet and helpful with everything. Gold Star! Our room was very, very nice. One complaint, nice big shower with a tile floor that was dangerously slippery and there was nothing to hold on to - no grab bars. There was major sidewalk/walkway construction going on right outside the hotel.
