This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregorā€™s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a ā€œspaā€ gym, sauna, steam room, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)

Super cute condo, very clean. Owner provided great communication if/when contacted. In walking distance to everything downtown, food-entertainment-ball field... and only about 30 minute drive to towns like Boulder and Morrison/Red Rocks area.

LoDo Denver
I had been to Denver before, but my friends hadnā€™t. This was an ideal spot for a short stay to walk all over the downtown area. We all had a great time, the host was responsive and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We all agreed that we would stay here again in a heartbeat. If we stayed longer we would have spent time to cook. The internet was fast and the smart home (Alexa commands) was fun to use. Parking was included!
