I was in a fog while I was there and the staff was very helpful with my lost bag, inability to use the atm and locating the group I was meeting. Everyone was A but the the front check in and the check out girls were the best. I appreciate their help when most people would just watch and point. This is the second stay with the hotel and both timeā€™s everything was above excellent.

This hotel is dated and need some updating. The carpet is stained and dingy, the walls had scrapes and scuffs all over, and the faucets in our room looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The pool area was decently clean. The breakfast was great. Be advised, they are now charging for parking, although that is new and was not mentioned anywhere during booking. We have been Hilton Honors members for years and my app said parking was complimentary, so I showed the front desk and they gave me a code to validate parking. Still, this feels ridiculous to charge in an area where there is no reason to. I was not thrilled with our stay, and will likely look elsewhere next time we stay near the Tech Center.
