Tucked away and quiet. Except for the neighbors next to me at one point brought dogs in and it sound like a fight was going on so loud my friend on the shower was yelling to make sure I was okay

At reception Anna, wanted my partners id, after getting all I said was you should put that on your web site, so customers are not inconvienced.She than got into an argument with me. It was the worst possible check in ever! Anna should never be in customer check it. Rather let her clean rooms. The microwave was non functional, and only got replaced an hour before we checked out

Good location, but they were paving parking lot. Should have discounted the room. Parking was a real pain in the behind. Found a used plastic cup behind trash can in bathroom, so cleaning was questionable. Had to ask for shampoo and soap as there wad none in bathroom. Weird place and not happy with inconveniences for the price i paid.

Not a family environment . An extended stay property tends to attract ā€œnot so savoryā€ people . My mother was fearful of her safety due to issues with the surrounding guests . The employees were nice and made it right by issuing a refund for our stay .

Clean quiet rooms, with easy check in.
Reasonably priced room. Everything was clean and tidy. I had a service dog with me and they gave me no hard time whatsoever unlike most places. Check in was easy and room was quiet. I'll definitely be there again.

Very old condition. Tv didnā€™t work until we went to front desk to figure out remote(we know remotes normally)! Dog hair on floor. We had no dog. Bed was ok. Reception was nice

My first room wasnā€™t cleaned when I came inā€¦food and trash everywhere. So they put me in a different room. That room had multiple bugs in the bathroom. Called and asked if the could do anythingā€¦said there wasnā€™t any other open rooms. As I was checking out, I asked for a manager to call me about my horrible stay, itā€™s been over a week and still no one has called. Will never stay here again. If I could give it a score between 1-10 it would be a negative 20.

Elevator had strong, unpleasant odor all weekend with a very sticky floor. At no point did housekeeping clean our room or even knock on the door to attempt to clean our room and we didnā€™t have any do not disturb sign up or anything. Everything in the room was old, warn down, and half working, and the top two drawers would not stay closed. Volume options on the TV are basically muted or makes your ears bleed. Our rooms floor was pretty gross, and there is no tissue.
