Clean quiet rooms, with easy check in.
Reasonably priced room. Everything was clean and tidy. I had a service dog with me and they gave me no hard time whatsoever unlike most places. Check in was easy and room was quiet. I'll definitely be there again.

Very old condition. Tv didn’t work until we went to front desk to figure out remote(we know remotes normally)! Dog hair on floor. We had no dog. Bed was ok. Reception was nice

My first room wasn’t cleaned when I came in…food and trash everywhere. So they put me in a different room. That room had multiple bugs in the bathroom. Called and asked if the could do anything…said there wasn’t any other open rooms. As I was checking out, I asked for a manager to call me about my horrible stay, it’s been over a week and still no one has called. Will never stay here again. If I could give it a score between 1-10 it would be a negative 20.

Elevator had strong, unpleasant odor all weekend with a very sticky floor. At no point did housekeeping clean our room or even knock on the door to attempt to clean our room and we didn’t have any do not disturb sign up or anything. Everything in the room was old, warn down, and half working, and the top two drawers would not stay closed. Volume options on the TV are basically muted or makes your ears bleed. Our rooms floor was pretty gross, and there is no tissue.

Expedia advertised kitchenette with pots, pans and kitchen ware for this hotel. There is new management and now you have to buy pots and pans at $40 a pop and they recommended going to a discount store to pick up paper plates and utensils. The front office was cramped, the parking lot had customers hanging out in their cars. Did not feel safe. I contacted the hotel directly (earlier in the day) and there was no mention of any charges. Plus we arrived 1 1/2 hrs after cancellation charges, so we were stuck paying for a room that we didn’t stay in. They told me it was a third party reservation and there was nothing I could do. Would Expedia refund me the charge??

The room was basically empty. No coffee maker. No shampoo. Bed only had 2 pillows. No extra blankets. It was kitchenette and it had 0 utensils or dishes. Lots of people up at all hours shutting doors and making noise. I should have slept in my car. Trash under the bed.

Anna was rude and unattended to customers when we needed it at the front desk, and She communicated very loudly with most customers In our room, there was no soap, no Shampo, and so on. Finally, in the bathroom, I found several hairs around the tubes, and it was not clean at all, and the tub was ugly and dirty; we stay in Chicago for an extended stay in America

I extended my stay a day. I asked the front desk what i should do since i was working a14 hour day starting at 6 the next morning. They told me no problem. Just come get a new key after work. When i did a they told me i was told i would have to pay $130 late checkout fee or they wouldn't check me into the exact same room. Why am i paying a checkout fee at all, let alone to be in the exact same room? No manager was available and i was very upset. The clerk was unreasonable and shouldn't deal with the public for a living.
