We had a fantastic stay at Sydneyā€™s place! It was in the perfect location for visiting family in Central Denver. We really appreciated the dedicated parking spot! We found the apartment to be well-stocked, clean and comfortable. We would stay there again!

Everything you need for a Capitol stay!
This updated and stylish apartment is everything you'll need and it's within walking distance to the Capitol. Clean, convenient, with a designated parking space, full kitchen and much more! Communication with the host was great and it was a nice place to stay while we were in Denver. We would stay here again!

Lovely, thoughtfully appointed apartment
Very new, very clean, very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and the parking is a must-have! The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very quiet at night, especially considering how busy the neighborhood is. The only alert I would share is that the neighborhood is very dense/urban and quite dirty with lots of homeless. Just to be aware.

Top notch condo
My husband and I visited Denver for a work conference and opted to stay somewhere else rather than the host hotel. So glad we did. The condo was pristine with every amenity you can imagine. It was within walking distance of really great places to eat (including several vegan places that are difficult to find in other towns). It was close enough to walk to grocery stores, parks, the downtown area, and even the Ball Arena to watch a couple hockey games. There are also several record stores, bookstores, and some live music venues nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and secure and we would definitely stay there again. Arriving at the condo and seeing the nice bottle of wine and card left for us was a bonus as well

Awesome gem in Capitol Hill and only 1/2 mile to the best place to go- Leven Deli!
Such a wonderful gem in the heart of Capitol Hill. From the moment we arrived we could see the time, talent and treasure that was invested in the design of this lovely home. It is warm and inviting and so comfortable. Everything that you need has already been provided by these thoughtful hosts! We appreciated all aspects of this home and were able to enjoy some great nights of sleep too! No need to look anywhere else as this home is perfection in Denver! We also appreciated the close walking proximity to Leven Deli which is one of the most awesome places to go for any meal, happy hour or meet up! We look forward to our returning to stay again in the future!

Fantastic spot to stay in Denver
This is the perfect place to stay when coming to Denver. The apartment itself is extremely clean and well stocked. The decorations are all upscale. There is a parking spot that goes along with the apartment and itā€™s within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped, very comfortable, nice location. The host added many personal touches including a nice welcome letter and some snacks and waters. Great location in recently updated apartment
This rental had everything we needed. Iā€™m so glad we didnā€™t stay downtown where most of the hotels were, if only because the construction down there was crazy, and this neighborhood is very walkable (LOTS of dog walkers! šŸ˜ƒ) it was also close to the Botanical Gardens which were wonderfulā€¦ and Voodoo donutsā€¦ This is a host who anticipates all of your questions or needs too. And they were gracious about an unanticipated late check out (flat tire repair!) Definitely recommend.

Great Cap Hill location!
Perfect spot to walk to almost everything Cap Hill and downtown. Super close to restaurants, park, grocery and downtown. Very clean, secure and lots of nice extra touches throughout.
