The property itself was not an issue. After getting to our room and getting ready for bed, the sheets were noticeably covered in stains. There was no room available to switch us to. The night desk attendant brought up sheets and we changed the sheets ourself. Once the sheets were removed, the mattress protector was stained as well. We were told that we would be given "points" to our account. Upon checkout there was no note to that affect and the day desk attendant was not aware but mentioned it was possible a note was left for the manager.

The stay was pleasant, but checking in was a nightmare. Although the issue was “resolved” (I am still waiting on my refund), I wasted 30 minutes and made us run late to our event. The front desk attendant double-charged me and couldn’t refund my money. However, I was unhappy that I was told my card was declined about three times when I had already paid via Expedia. Suppose she would have just taken a moment to see what was happening instead of assuming that MY card was declined; this issue wouldn't have happened. With this said, this will be my last time staying with Hilton.

Great location— 5-10minute walk to a row of restaurants. This was important for me as I didn’t get a rental car and was just taking Uber. Staff are helpful and friendly— I had GI issues while I was there and thought I’d ask if they had anti-diarrheal medicine so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. I was pretty sure they didn’t have it but the staff still went out of his way to check. There were other things I bothered the staff with— bandaids, use the toaster beyond breakfast times, empty the trash, hold my luggage after I’ve already checked out — and they’ve obliged in the most helpful way.
