GREAT Hotel
The hotel was very clean and the staff was AMAZING. We did have some issues with our T.V. in our room and Joy immediately got someone from maintenance to come to our room and check it out. She also offered us a complimentary breakfast for our trouble. Everyone here was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was wonderful and very clean! Although the hotel allows pets, my daughter, who has horrible allergies when it comes to cats, had no problems due to the cleanliness! The location was within a few blocks of the rail system and the 16th Street mall free transportation system so it was extremely convenient for our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Good hotel. Will stay there again, but…
Shower only had scalding hot water. Maintenance guy showed us to run cold water in the sink and it would then show up in the shower. Doing that each time worked?!?! No shampoo nor conditioner in dispensers in the shower. Coffee maker was for filter but room only had pods available. They replaced the coffee maker with a pod machine. Staff responded to all issues satisfactorily.

Lost blanket. Rm 722
Stay was okay but maybe this will catch your attention here. I have been trying to teach out to you guys bec my daughter left her comfort blanket inside Rm 722. We checked out 12/30/24. Mike said there was a blanket that was found but never heard back from him again. We drove back for an hour last Jan 1st and Mercedes couldn’t find it. I emailed the hotel director but never heard back from him at all. Blanket was left under the sheets and was probably included with the linens for laundry. Pls help a 8 yr old get her blanket back. She had that blanket since birth!!

Nice rooms, nice view nice pool (very cold thoe), the only thing i didnt like was housekeeping opened our door 3 different times 1hr before check out.

Nice area to bad there isn’t parking besides valet parking that cost an arm and leg so if you need accessible free parking not that place and for a pet friendly place no area for dogs to pee or poop so definitely not worth the stay
