The hotel was convenient to the convention center only a block away. The area had several streets closed and no direction was given to find the front of the hotel. The property around the outside was dirty and trashy. The room was on the top floor with views of the mountains. I was not impressed with the cleanliness and stocking of the room. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but couldn’t speak to anyone in the kitchen as they didn’t speak English at all. The front desk and valet were extremely friendly and fast at check in.

You get what you pay for!

Good downtown location, but charging $60 for valet parking is ridiculous! Sink leaked all over the floor. Iron, but no ironing board. One key didn’t work. Noisy occupants next door.

The hotel was okay but there were multiple times where we requested towels and the staff told us to come pick it up. For the price that we’re paying, we should not have to do that. The breakfast wasn’t good either.

Nice stay, nice vacation but two things: They never put hand soap in the bathroom and the staff was not very good, some had ugly faces and did not talk to you, and even so I understood that it was because they work on Christmas Day, I can understand them, that is why I still give it 5 stars, I always picked up my packages without any problem, grateful, I would be happy to stay.
