Probably would not stay here again. I know technical issues cannot be avoided. But could not get into for over an hour because the multiple keys I was given would not work. Elevators were extremely slow and took quite awhile to valet park.

Nice place. The parking lot was full when I arrived, but the parking garage around the corner they sent me to was cheaper than parking on site. Everything was clean and nice. Get to breakfast early, though.

REALLY, REALLY POOR check in process. They tried to tell us that Expedia messed up our reservation, then that they didn't have any "clean" rooms (which turned out to be absolutely false), and were terribly disorganized. Believe it or not, they told a lady who had a reservation and was trying to check in late at night that they didn't have any rooms... POOR PERFORMANCE overall!
