This hotel is a nice location to stay when working in Denver Tech center area. However itā€™s not very walkable to anything else so itā€™s best if you have a rental car. They put me in a room right by the dumpster outback and the ice machine. The rooms are not very sound proof so I heard everything, even wearing earplugs. The staff is always nice and the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Great property but parking fee ruined it
We've been staying here for over 15 years. School shopping, surgeries, holiday shopping, catching a game or concert downtown, fying out of DIA...it's one of our go-to properties in Denver. Staff is super friendly and the location is great. Also love the full-size fridge and good breakfast. Unfortunately they've now started charging for parking "to keep up with other properties in the area"--not because they've got issues with people parking there illegally. We probably won't stay here again because of the parking fees. Not cool, Hilton. Not cool at all. Consumers are sick of being jabbed just because.

Wonderful option for short or long term stay. Breakfast was amazing and so many options. Almost feels wasteful to have stayed just one night with such great amenities. Will definitely choose Homewood suites for future trips! Not one single thing was out of place. You can tell this particular staff and management take pride in their place of business and I will be recommending. I travel 12-15 times per year and we will definitely stay again.
