The parking situation at this hotel was a complete mess. The garage, which is shared with other tenants, uses a QR code system that charges a completely different rate than the $40/night the hotel claims. To make things even more confusing, the hotel offered to ā€œvalidateā€ my parkingā€”but that didnā€™t actually mean it was covered. Instead, I was still charged an inconsistent rate. I left two voicemails for the hotel manager about this issue and never got a response. The lack of clear communication and resolution is frustrating. When a hotel validates parking, it should mean the cost is covered, not leave guests with surprise charges. Until this is sorted out, I wouldnā€™t recommend staying here if youā€™re driving and need to park.

Hotel staff was accommodating as we were able to get early check in at 1030 am when our flight got in for no additional charge. It was clean and the free breakfast was good. Very convenient to lo do and many many restaurants. Not a great shopping location but still a great location in downtown Denver. Also, literally across the street from the train if youā€™re taking that to and from the airport

Great location but WAY overpriced.
This hotel has a great location for attending professional sport events. The construction is mediocre (I work in the construction industry, I know a rushed job when I see one). The furnishings, while looking good in photos, were cheap products. The lighting was poor in the room. Only a desk lamp and two reading lights with a plain concrete ceiling so it gave the room a creepy feeling. If only the room was actually cool, nope. Another strike. The HVAC was either programmed to conserve or cheap and inefficient so the room didnā€™t get cooler than 72. I woke up hot each night, unable to go back to sleep, desperately fidgeting with the thermostat only to have the unit kick on for a minute, a loud obnoxious roar, only for it to kick back off. The parking at the hotel was over priced at $45/self and $54/valet but the hotel has NO loading/unloading area so youā€™re stuck paying at least once. Oh, and last but not least, plan for another nights room rate for the City of Denver tourism tax and fees. Paid over $200 in taxes/fees on a 3 night stay. Dear Denver and Indigo, youā€™ve lost me as a fan at this spot. Iā€™ll travel to see my favorite teams in other cities.
