First, I want to say that the service was impeccable. We had a problem on the first night and it was taken care of immediately without question. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast was really good, very fresh and the service was wonderful. My problem would not have been a problem for most people. We had a disability accessible room. The bed was so high. I had a very hard time getting in it because I currently have a brace on my leg. Additionally, the toilet seat was very low and not a height that disability friendly rooms typically have the toilet. This made it difficult for me to be able to get on and off despite having the grab bar on one side. My suggestion would be for places to get input from people who actually have disabilities to make sure that their rooms are indeed accessible. Overall wonderful stay and I would recommend it to anyone.
