We had been staying at this hotel for a couple weeks while we were looking for a new apartment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I wasnā€™t happy with was the outside doors not looked and anyone could walk into the hotel.

The elevator qas broken on our side of the hotel. I was bit by something and the bed was extremely wore out. The shower was horrible, the flaucet to the tub was falling out of the wall, the towels where child size.

We booked three nights at this property and when we entered the room we knew we made a horrible mistake. The room was filthy. We felt so unclean standing everywhere in the room. We had to stay one night because we had no where else to go. The front desk also double charged me, and the outside door was broken and never locked even though the sign says ā€œlocked 24 hoursā€. We had my five year old with us and felt so unsafe. The next day we cancelled and the people at the front were nice, but only said they would refund us for one day because it was after 11 am. I work and went over the first chance I had which was around 1. The workers were nice but should have refunded us our entire stay.

We booked a room with a jetted tub. Faucet on jetteted tub needed to be tightenend but the jets worked great and water was nice and hot. Bed was comfy, comfortor on bed was stained and kinda dirty.Carpet in living room was clean and looked new like it was recently replaced. However carpet in bedroom area had red blotchy stains on it. Looked like walls were recently painted and their was writing on wall for notes for maintenence or the contractor like it was in the middle of being renovated but just wasnt done yet. Bathroom light above sink flickered on and off giving us a headache with its strobe like effect. Tub and toilet were yellowish like they were aged. Some paint had dropped on toilet seat staining it. The shower area still needed to be painted. Room smelled a bit like old cigarettes. It was cold in room and when heat was turned on it smelled like it was burning. Both tvs in room worked however they were very glitchy and program would freeze every few seconds while watching it on all the channels. When we checked in the guy at the front desk told us where our room was and to go down to the second entrance on the side of the building and then take elevator up to our room since that elevator was near our room. Once we got there with all our bags the elevator was out of order which was extremely inconvenient since i have a bum knee. Once asked later about it all he said was that elevator is out of order. If he knew that why would he send us there?? šŸ˜” So inconsiderate!!!!

Bit discouraging for Wyndum property
The lobby was beautiful. The photos deceiving for the room. It wouldnā€™t hurt to have maintenance paint things that need painted (hole patches would be nice). And maybe fix things that need fixed. Beds fine- pillows (a bit useless). Served its purpose for my stay.
