don't stay here!
I was there for 30 min and found hair on the towels and also the hot water did not work. Then i found stained sheets and pillows. I went to the front desk and they told me that did not have new sheets but could get me pillows. It was late and we went to bed. In the morning, I called to ask about a refund from hotels.com. The representative called and spoke to the manager of the hotel. They told me i could check out and I would be charged the one night. I went to the front desk and this was confirmed with the manager there. He told me he would cancel the authorization on the two rooms and would only charge me one nights stay. i show both rooms going through and now i have to spend more of my time fixing a problem that i took care of already.

The area is not bad, but the lack of cleanliness inside and outside the rooms, bad customer service, poor breakfast, the elevator was nasty and we had to ask to change rooms because the first one they gave us stank of cigarette smoke and they say it is a smoke free building? The sheets were stained and torn. This place is horrible. They had a pool with a cover but we saw that they were going to uncover it and inside there was only a little bit of water with a lot of dirt and horrible things. I do not recommend this hotel, not even to spend the night, they should do something, at least have people who do a good job and clean, it does not matter that the furniture or buildings are old, if they are clean it is enough.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom door had a hole in it with a patch over it. There was mold all over the shower. This is just neglect. The shower head had the beauty ring hanging off. The commode lid was loose and about to fall off. I tightened it for you. You’re welcome! No breakfast unless you like cereal. Waffle maker was broken. No bread. We have never stayed at a La Quinta before and we wil sleep in the car before we do again.

So I'm a 67 year old woman traveling with a 9 year old. We were put on the 3rd floor. Elevator broken. Went to the pool, it was padlock closed by the Health Department. The next morning we went to the lobby a little before 930 to get breakfast. There was no food and no coffee. The only good thing was the lobby staff was very polite. At least the TV and air conditioner worked.

I was surprised by the exterior appearance of the hotel upon arrival. Looks run down. There was an awful smell in the lobby. Room was OK. There were dark stains on the white comforter obviously in the middle. Area seemed safe enough.

Filthy room with remnants of a melted ding dong in drawer. Shower did not have any hot water, not even warm. Mold and mildew in shower and on ceiling. Worst hotel I every stayed at. Place needs bull dozed and should be removed from Expedia choices.

This is the most terrible hotel we've ever booked. Absolutely filthy! Carpets and furniture looked like they had been filthy for years. Bedding was not clean. Keeping this hotel open is a huge stain on the LaQuinta brand. They processed at least four reservation cancellations while we were in the lobby. Customer service for this process was good. But hotel was disgusting!

Almost passed out from the stink of the lobby upon arrival. First room had bodily fluid stains and dirt all over beds, smelt like someone was actively smoking in the room, and had bugs all over the restroom! Received a different room, but the power did not work in this one so could not tell how dirty it was (thankfully) aside from the foul odors. Given another room to try, which had also had dirty comforters, a strong odor, and did not appear to have been wiped down or vacuumed in the past few weeks. At this point, it was 3 in the morning and we sucked it up. Checked out of the 4 day reservation the following morning. Front desk staff did not seem to care about the property, rooms, or complaints (safety hazards).
