House keeping needs to be trained on how to clean, The previous reviews indicate that the bathroom areas were dirty, this is still true, so management say they will address but apparently it is all lipp swevice, i do not recommend this motel i will not sray at this motel again. This could be a nice facility if management would perform their job.

When I checked out I had expected the front desk person to ask me how my stay was. She didnā€™t and she didnā€™t seemed as if she even cared. So Iā€™m giving my feedback here! When I checked in they gave me a map to my third floor room and told me where the elevator was. When I got to the elevator it had a hand written sign saying it was out of order. So I carried my 50lb suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. When I go into the room the light switch by the door worked but everything else in the room was unplugged! After plugging in the lamps I discovered 3 light bulbs were missing including the one in the bathroom ceiling light which was a good thing because I wasn't able to immediately see the mold and hair in the tub until I actually got in to take a shower! Even the TV was not connected. All of this was after a very late check in so I didn't bother to complain, figuring that there probably wouldn't be much better in another room. This place was cheap so I didn't expect the Ritz. But at a minimum I did expect it to be clean and maintained. The Doubletree is across the street and I suspect would have been a better choice. If you are wondering, I did check out early and found alternative accommodations.

The location was convenient to my need. However, I have to return to the front desk 3x to try to get a somewhat clean room. 1st Room had trash in the cans and something semi-transparent running down the wall next to the bed and on the nightstand. 2nd had several lightbulbs missing, and the bathtub was 1/2 full of dripping water. The third room had a part of a hotdog under the bed (but visible ). I finally took the 4th room, which just had crumbs and no toilet paper. Not one time did the front desk apologize. I received a text asking me if I needed anything? I replied ā€œa clean roomā€ and sent pictures. I got a response that said ā€œsorry for the inconvenienceā€ It's definitely the worst hotel experience I've had

The staff was very nice although limited to only one person at check in counter so be prepared to wait. The property and room were run down but clean overall. The elevator did smell funky thoughā€¦ The air conditioner would stop cooling just to the point of unbearable then kick on to freezing, but only after making a few loud noises before turning on. They have laundry but you need to use an app so even though 3.75 a load for washing and 3.75 drying is on the signage, it will cost 10.00 for a load because the app only sells credit in 5.00 bundles. In all I still had a fine stay, no bed bugs or anything like that and my stay was for 8 days.

I wish I took pictures. It was gross, unsafe and stinky. The toilet wouldnā€™t flush, cracked glass windows, duct tape on the air unit, mild in the shower. It was bad and for the first time EVER I couldnā€™t stay. After waiting about twenty minutes in line to talk to someone, she checked me out after only being there about an hour. But after all that, they refused to reimburse. They were also full so moving me to another room wasnā€™t an option. It was like an end the the world, horrible place.

Pool was closed. They should have that information ahead. I was planning on my kids using it. Change 100 extra for rooms. Should have information ahead. Never got my room cleaned the 4 days i was there. Had to go ask for toilet paper and clean towels. 3 time my room keys stop working. Terrible experience. They wete painting outside. Bad smell and blocked me in my parking space once.

Very dirty property. We checked the beds for bugs, didn't see any, but my son did get bit by something. There was a lot of hair under the mattress near the headboard.There were spills all over the carpet. The bathtub was so full of hair the water would drain; I cleaned it out myself. The lock plate on the door was loose and the screws were sticking out. Each time I visited the front desk to get assistance I had to wait as the employees had friends visiting. The common areas were very dirty. It appears as though the staff does the very basic to prepare the rooms for the next guests. No maintenance or upkeep performed. The breakfast was decent.

Photos online look nothing like the location. Upon entering our room there were stains on the sheets and the comforter and I checked out within 30 minutes. Front desk girl didn't seem to care and neither did the hotel as they refuse to give me any kind of refund. Do not book here!

The pool was not open. I extended my stay and asked for my room to be cleaned. Housekeeping came in and didnā€™t clean if but put my stuff in a wheelbarrow and then just left for day. Luckily they did change my room. Was bummed about pool though
