The bed was so uncomfortable & with the heat set on the lowest setting, it was still hot in the room. Otherwise, the staff & shuttle driver were great!

Main reason we stayed here was for our toddler to enjoy a hot tub the night before picking up my mother in law from the airport. The hot tub was drained and not in use. I had to go to the front desk for towels multiple times.. was asked to come to the front desk and twice they weren’t ready when I went for them. I was mostly frustrated with Expedia for listing there was a hot tub and neither wanted to refund anything. It was a safe and clean hotel though so that was a plus

The property and staff were wonderful. I really disliked having to get several new keys over the course of a few days. The door handle kept loose and hanging and the keys stopped worked or the door wouldn’t open with keys. Staff was great in assisting but just annoying.

The room was clean and great size , I love the hard wood instead of carpet and also the fact the bathroom is around the corner separated from the beds , also the breakfast was very good

As I showed up and went to the room. The key wasn’t working, I was assigned to the wrong room. I was in 118 and not 119. Finally I got in the room and the key wasn’t working. I had to go to the front and get another one. Needless to say most of the guests keys weren’t working.

Parking is a mess and you have to pay to park. My key card didn’t work. You can o ly enter through the front. They didn’t have the two room types I booked. It was just frustrating.

Room was spacious and really nice. Very clean! There was no bottled water or drinking glasses, though. Chose this hitel for indoor pool and whirlpool but hot tub has been out of order for 2 weeks. Disappointing! Breakfast was great

Pool was great and the room was sufficient. The gym's lighting was fantastic although, I wish there were free-weight options north of 50 lbs. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and Happy New Year!
