It an clean and comfortable place to stay. Bed was warm and comfy. Could improve; The master switch kills the [power to the TV. So TV off or the main lights on all night. Staff was professional.

I originally booked this hotel for the hot tub and because it was close to the airport. Of course they have the hot tub listed as an amenity and it was empty with no water and not working. I asked staff and it has not been working for some time. I paid money that I should not have if there are facility’s that are not in working order. Our keys did not work several times because of old door locks and we had to request new ones. The pull out mattress was destroyed and springs were poking out everywhere. My son could not sleep on it in any capacity. Was not the best experience overall.

Short but pleasant
We scheduled a quick overnight stay before flying home in the morning. We had stayed in the area in previous years. Bed was hard, pillows ok. Not a top notch room, but clean and comfortable. our Room number was missing, kind of confusing at first. Lobby and Staff very nice. Thank you.

The parking is not great. You have to pay and there is not a lot of spaces near the awkward entrance. Couldn’t figure out how to get to the main floor in the morning with the elevator out of service.

Had to body slam the door to get to open, the shower had an adjustable height but the adjustment was broken so had to hope it stayed up by wrapping cord to make sure it stayed or deal with it at waist height. Shower also had rust marks all down shower handles. Front desk was also very short with me at check in like i was a nuisance- no one else was at desk so it wasnt due to being busy. Breakfast was very thin but it was a holiday. Best thing was shuttle to airport. Wont stay again
