Excellent stay for 5 nights while waiting for a house to be ready. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast options were good. Pool and hot tub very nice. I have a small dog and requested a courtyard access room which was great. No fault of the hotels because there are literally four doggy stations in the courtyard circle but people can be so inconsiderate and not clean up after their dog! Hotel does a great job keeping it clean regardless of inconsiderate prople.

Ot is cleaning and suite is nice and big space. Breakfast is fine.Staffs are nice and helpful. Swimming pool is clean nice also. Elevator is slow and has a lot of scratches. Refrigerator is not cold enough but if you put drinks in freezer, then it gets cold.

Check-in was great. We arrived early and she was able to get us in with no problems. The beds were a problem in our room. Not sure the mattresses have ever been even flipped around let alone changed out. Both beds were entirely broken down on the side closest to the end table between the beds. My biggest issue was the breakfast, which is a deciding factor for choosing the hotel for me. We were there for Sat/Sun mornings when the breakfast is supposed to start at 7a. Since we were there for a tennis tournament, we needed to eat breakfast as early as possible. However, when we went down for breakfast at 7-7:15 both days, there was no coffee ready, the juice machine wasn't even turned on, the waffle irons were not warmed up, the gravy was cold, biscuits were cold. There was just one person trying to do all the things to get the breakfast started, and it seems like the hotel had decided that that employee should clock in when the breakfast was supposed to start rather than having them come in earlier and have everything prepared for the actual time the breakfast is supposed to start.

Rarely am I impressed with service and cleanliness at hotels. Noticing issues comes easily as I work at luxury hotel within a housekeeping department. Staff was accommodating- even moving us on our 2nd night to a courtyard facing room so we had easier access to the pool. They haven’t resumed daily housekeeping yet however when our room was serviced, Vanessa did a great job. The nightstand was slightly damaged but the cleanliness factor was great! Beds are comfortable, ac runs cold, there wasn't much of a variety for tv channels free of charge. The tub in our 2nd room was clogged but Engineering arrived within 10 minutes and resolved the issue. The only feedback I have that is not positive- the man cleaning the pool on the am of our checkout had a tone with me because we tried to enter the pool 6 minutes prior to opening, Another scenario - my daughter was getting her breakfast at 915a (breakfast ends at 9am) anyhow, as she was putting cereal in her bowl the breakfast staff removed the milk. Would’ve been appreciated for staff to be aware and given her a moment to put milk in her cereal. Thank you for an enjoyable, safe and clean place to call home during our visit. Would return if in Denver again
