The shower water was very hot, so that was a plus. The key cards didn't work on the side doors, so it was inconvenient and posed safety problems.

Poor Housekeeping
The first room we were checked into had empty bottles of alcohol right outside of the door when we first got there. There was also a random pill on the floor inside of the room, which we were glad we found and not our young child. Also the top bedside lamp was broken off the wall with the bottom one unscrewed and just sort of hanging there, so we screwed it back into the wall and told the front desk so we weren’t charged for it. After we returned the next day, it smelled so badly (assuming from the AC unit) we asked to be moved to a different room. The next room had no smell and no broken fixtures, but still hadn’t been swept or vacuumed, and certainly not mopped. The breakfast was decent and the overall hotel was fine, but I would say it’s definitely lacking in cleanliness.

The rooms are lovely and the location is convenient. We stayed for six nights and the promised housekeeping every three days never occurred. The kitchen provided a very good breakfast.

The bed light was broken with wires hanging out of it. We had to go downstairs to the desk for an iron. The 3rd day we were there, the coffee ran out had to wait for more to be made, there were no forks, no eggs, no sausage. We had to wait for a while before they all were replenished. Not enough eating tables, lots of coffee table types.

Very nice hotel. However, I always thought dogs stayed free at LaQuinta hotels, that’s why I always chose them but they charged 25.00 per night. Which isn’t too bad but this puppy is a mini dachshund & 4 months old. Was just disappointed about the fee for the dog. Oh well.

Bad pet owners ruin it for good ones.
The room was a pet friendly room. There is course a charge for the pet and paper work stating if your dog urinates in the room there is a substatial charge for damages. The room was so full of dog urine I gagged. The window had been left open by the maids did not help. We had to wear our shoes at all times in the room. Charge the people who violate the policy and replace carpet with flooring. Have faux leather chairs and bed skirts that can be easily wiped. The maids knew it smelled but the desk said ok we will let maintenence know to shampoo the carpet tomorrow. Pure laziness.

Overall, really solid choice. The hotels only two years old so it’s been well-maintained and kept. Breakfast was solid. The only issue I had the room wasn’t thoroughly clean.

The place was very modern and clean with a friendly staff, and very convenient to our relatives' home and restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We'd definitely stay there again!
