Safe Hotel in Good Area
The staff was friendly and I felt safe in and around the location. The room was nice, but I had many roaches in my room, and the carpet was sticky feeling. Other residents said they did not have a roach problem, so maybe it was just my room. Everything else was very clean. The bed was comfortable. For an extended stay, the carts were not in good shape and not sturdy.

Terrible smell all around and bugs/roaches in the room. Old bathroom with dirty towels and the room itself was less maintened with dirty bed sheets and kitchen area.

Our original room was great. Nice and clean. We were switched rooms because the fridge wasn’t working. What a mistake. The next room we got was awful. The bathroom sink and bathtub drains were both clogged. My husband actually eventually fixed them both himself because I was so annoyed with it. The floor was stained and gross looking. I originally booked a room with a queen bed, the room we got moved to had two single beds.

I feel like I was deceived into staying here because the pictures on Expedia looked nice 😭 we flew from MN, our flight was delayed so we didn’t end up checking in until about midnight. They told me that our room was “flooded” no not flooded, they just gave it to another guest. So my husband and I had to sleep in two seperate rooms the first night. I got into my room, no pillows or blankets on the bed. Dirty bathroom, pubic hair in the sink, toilet was dirty. I could hardly sleep because I was so grossed out, spent the whole night looking at another place to stay but the property wouldn’t refund us. The next day we got the room I ACTUALLY PAID FOR. Which was at LEAST clean 😭 we ended up checking out early. I couldn’t take it any longer. Also, as soon as you walk into this hotel you are hit with this weird smell I cannot describe but it only gets worse when you get to a room. when we got home all of our clothes and belongings smelt SOOOOO BAD. Literally, worst place I have ever stayed.
