El hotel es limpio y acogedor, pero dos cosas casi arruinan nuestra estancia: el desayuno es terriblemente pobre, ni siquiera hay cereal. Pero lo peor fue que al momento del check-out exactamente a las 11 am la recepcionista fue al cuarto a golpear la puerta en repetidas ocasiones y amenazarnos con cobrarnos $25 extra si no abandonĆ”bamos el hotel en los siguientes 5 minutos. Comprendo que la salida es a las 11 am, pero me pareciĆ³ ridĆ­cula la amenaza, casi todos los hoteles te dan una tolerancia de al menos 10 minutos.

The only thing I would say was they called me to say they did not have a double queen room which we had booked, available so if we didnā€™t mind we we take a King and a sofa bed! I agreed to this but when we came to open the bed out it only had sheets on the bed so I asked at reception for a blanket and was given another sheet set so my daughter was a bit cold!

They did not have spare toothbrushes, even though the person I talked to knew they had run out before his previous shift. Bed was in terrible shape. If I shifted my weight, the entire bed shifted. Tons of noise from the floor above, even when they were just walking.

Needed a room to stay while in Castle Rock visiting family. It was okay. Room wasnā€™t very clean. Floors were dirty like they werenā€™t swept or mopped in weeks. Probably will find another place next visit.

We needed a place to stay for a short stop that was closer to the airport. This hotel is about 45 minutes from the hotel and was right off of the highway.
