The lady that checked us in was very nice. Our room wasn’t very clean or taken care of. There was writing and greasy handprints on the wall. There was long black hairs behind the bathroom door. The tub dripped all night and looked like it had the veneer falling off it. The sink would drain. We also had a small bug that ran across our floor in the morning. It was extremely noisy all night. I will never stay there again.
BUG!!! I hope this isn’t a baby roach or bed bug

The staff was amazing and very accommodating, however, the property itself, was VERY worn. Outlets that did not work, the pool was not very clean. The tile area had so much tile that had shifted it was a very big fall hazard on an already slippery surface. The hot tub had weird drainage pipes and the timer did not work. There was no housekeeping on our two nights stay. Lastly, our sofa bed and coffee tables had been chewed on - very unsightly.

When I drove up the building looked old, the plexiglass in the lobby and front desk made it hard to hear and it was really dirty, when I got to my room it looked okay but then I noticed multiple dirty spots on the walls and holes in the bed cover. The dresser was falling apart and looked worn, the plugs in the bathroom didn’t work. The hot water worked and the tub was big so that was nice. The incidentals was $150 and I asked why it was so high and they said to keep the rif raf out but everyone there looked sketchy. Why did I stay, because the room was booked for me and I couldn’t get another room. Stay at your own risk

This property is worth the money. The staff is caring and genuinely kind. The facility is dated but I was there on business and the room met my needs. The pool and hot tub are in great condition and the breakfast was good. As a female, I felt safe at this propery.
