Iā€™ve stayed at this hotel many many times on visits to Denver. Itā€™s always been reliable for efficiency and high quality. However I donā€™t think Iā€™ll ever stay here again. The service was wretched. The hotel must have been having a towel shortage: we had four people in our room and repeatedly were issued towels despite asking for more. We couldnā€™t use the pool because on three occasions there were no pool towels and despite calling and walking to front desk to ask for some none were delivered. The heater in the room didnā€™t work and it took almost an hour for it to be fixed, then it worked just ok. Also we were advised to pay for self parking $32 a night despite their website saying it was $19. Then as it turned out the parking lot didnā€™t have a gate and others were just parking their cars in there for free, even people not staying at the hotel and living at the migrant shelter next door.

This property was amazing. As a solo traveler i appreciated how lively the lobby was and how relaxing it felt. Seeing people gathering for drinks or studying throughout the day was so welcoming. The hotel is huge but felt cozy. There is a shelter for the homeless by the hotel but they donā€™t bother you. And the security is really tight and they make sure to keep the property safe but like I said the people living in the shelter didnā€™t bother me. The hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you to the bus/train station for free which will get you anywhere you need to get in the city. The view on the mountain side was amazing. Again I loved the stay I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is right off a main highway but despite being on a busy street it was pretty quiet and not loud at all. We stayed in the 9th floor and I didnā€™t once hear the traffic unless I was outside in the balcony. Across the street on the other side of the road there is a shopping center with lots of shops and restaurants, Home Depot, Walmart, Buffalo Wild Wings, McDonaldā€™s, Panera and many more. The property is nice and well kept. I liked the lobby/reception area it has a nice fireplace and sitting area. there is an on-site parking structure, it is self parking and was convenient I will say, although during our stay someone defecated in the elevator and vomited all over the ground which was pretty gross and left a very bad smell. It looked like it had been picked up and hosed down but it didnā€™t get disinfected or cleaned properly. The indoor pool is nice but there was never any towels in the pool area while we were there and on the second day of using the pool I noticed one of the pool lights seemed to have been broken from the pool wall and was dangling on the pool floor which seemed like a hazard I didnā€™t feel comfortable swimming after that also the hot tub seemed a little dirty, it is very dim and low light in the pool area so that could be why the hot tub seemed dirty. The breakfast area is good they have a pretty good selection of breakfast foods. I would definitely stay here again

We asked for maintenance to check our room on the 1st day because the shower door was leaking so much it flowed into the hallway under the door and a lamp couldnā€™t be used due to a cracked and flickering bulb. No one ever came and no turn down service was done for the last 2 days of our trip. Staff didnā€™t seem too bothered by it when I brought it up at checkout. All they said was, oh would you like a free coffee? I could make a free coffee in the room if I needed. Just really disappointing. Close to train and bus station
