The room had not been cleaned well. Maybe trash and linens were done, but dirty silverware in drawer, tub had not been cleaned, land black hair on floor (which neither of us have) bathroom sink/ mirror/ walls all spotted, dirty or just not clean. Tip, though there is a dishwasher, provide dish soap to clean a glass, or dish used. Nightstand on only one side of bed is inconvenient for first without. Also, kitchen area sink is stuck on scalding hot. We have to bring cold cups of water over and clean our glasses & plate with the single little bar soap from the bathroom.

Quite surprised by the $5 daily parking fee especially since it is not located downtown and the hotel’s parking lot has ample space. And during our stay several parking spaces close to the front entrance were blocked off . Seems to me another money grab.

Clean and comfy except.....
The room was great, bed was very comfortable and everything was nice and clean. Our only issue was a wonky bathroom sink. It was sink only and no countertop. Sink was not flush against wall and tilted forward so we couldn't even keep a bar of soap there or it would slide in the bowl. Faucet was more kitchen-style and not secured to the sink so it would move around . We were discounted $100 from our stay for reporting, which was very nice. Would recommend this place, just needs better maintenance supervision.

The room was quite large with a kitchen and desk area. The facility had a laundry available which was great as well as a gym. The staff was so friendly and very responsive.

The hotel was so dirty and not maintained. There was hair in the bathroom and bed, stains on the furniture, dirty mattress, dirty walls and doors. I didn't want to let my son sleep on the sleeper sofa. Plus the window was broken. We had to ask for bedding and more paper towels because they had no maid services while we were there. And there was a hidden $250 room deposit fee!

This hotel is ok but there was hair on the walls od my shower. And the biggest reason i didn't like this hotel is the hidden incidental fee i stayed 2 nights it was 250$ this isn't a fancy hotel the fee shouldn't be that high its not downtown either ive stayed at duper fancy hotels and the fee wasn't that high

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The inside of the lobby reminded my partner and I of a nursing home. The front door handle was dirty-looked like it was cleaned but that the dirt couldn't come off...same for elevator floor). I did not appreciate that they charged me $5.00 a day for parking in their large, half-empty parking lot. Just charge a higher rate- don't nickel and dime your customers. The hold for "incidentals" was $250.00! The only incidentals I could of charged to the room were their candy and chips. The room air conditioner did not have a grill on the top which was odd. Two of the chairs looked so old and grungy that I put them in a place where I couldn't see them. The rest of the room was clean. As I checked out they said they would have to "check the room" before my balance would be zero although I already paid. This is their standard procedure. I have never experienced this before. The nice receptionist did email me my receipt with the zero balance later that day at my request. I will not stay at a Sonesta again. This is the first bad review I have ever written.
