Check in was crazy around 5:30? One kid working the desk. Gave me the wrong room so had to wait in line again and when I let them know they made it seem like I made the mistake...? Showed them my receipt, they still acted like I was going to have to take that room. Acted like they had to ask the manager for the room I reserved? You think for the prices we were paying and the fact we were staying 6 nights, they wouldn't try a switcharoo.. Manager got me the room I requested and handed the key with no apology. Room had stains on the carpet. Kid never explained to me the parking so when I found a spot closer to the front door and not the lot across the street I parked, only to get a giant adhesive sticker of potential towing on my van window, which I'm renting. Who does this! They had my phone number and vehicle information. Now I have to take a razor blade to get that sticker off! Horrible place and way way overpriced!

The location is very convenient, but parking is a bit of a nightmare. The hotel has very limited parking so you'll be parking in a public lot next to the hotel. If that's full you're on the street. Overall the hotel is very nice and within walking distance to alot of things.

This property met our need for an unexpected stay in Denver in a hotel with a kitchen stocked with the tools needed to cook for a few days. Overall, the property was clean, the included breakfasts were adequate and the hotel was in a decent location to walk to the downtown businesses and restaurants. Although, I wouldnā€™t recommend walking around this area at night. The room was on the smaller size and the layout was a bit awkward with a large desk placed along the window near the foot of the bed, making access to one side of the bed a little tight. Additionally, having the loveseat UNDER the TV made no sense and impossible to watch TV from that sitting area. The floor plan could be quickly cleaned up by placing the desk under the TV and the loveseat at the foot of the bed, allowing for a more comfortable and inviting layout; especially, when staying in such a tight space for 5 days. Aside from that bit of awkwardness, the room was clean and housekeeping was consistent.
