This hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian mall in downtown Denver. It is somewhat rundown and spells strongly of disinfectant. Beds were comfortable and checkin was quick. Coffee at the free breakfast was quite goiod.

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The room was clean and modern but maybe a bit small for two people. There is no dining facility at the location but a nice (free) happy hour is offered. Breakfast was also included with the stay. Parking is very limited. The Denver Pavilion is located about 4 blocks away and you’ll find lots of dining choices there. The Denver Art Museum and Science and History Museum are walking distance and so is the US Mint.

Great Place to stay

Stayed here while attending a trade show at the convention center. Overall a very good experience. I think it’s perfect especially if staying on your own. A easy 8 minute walk to the conference. The room is compact but offers all the amenities. Service was excellent. Free breakfast is a nice touch. My only complaint was the shower head was weak and the hot water could have been hotter. And the TV could offer a better experience as the satellite would cut out and also offer smart apps like YouTube and such. Definitely staying here again in the future.

The only complaint I would have about my stay there, was extremely poor water pressure in the shower and did not get extremely hot. Just a bit above lukewarm. But the buffet breakfasts were great! Everybody that worked there was pleasant and helpful! The suite was beautiful! The pool and jacuzzi was open to use 24 hours! The location was great! I would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

Great spot to vacation!

Clean, comfortable, great walkability. Parking is pricey both in their lot and nearby but that is downtown for you. Units are quiet, cozy, but perfect fit for a short term stay. No oven, but a stove-top, microwave, and in-unit toaster and coffee pot and dishwasher. Laundry is free for guests, you just need laundry soap. Pool/hot tub are 24-hours--an awesome surprise we didn't expect. Tons of great restaurants and things to do, and a short drive to the foothills for scenery! Breakfast was always awesome, too. Overall this is a GREAT hotel. If we were LOOKING for downsides: no smart tv, so bring your own device to stream! Wifi is spotty at times (but free, so what can you do!). We did not have dish soap to hand wash dishes in our room. We spent a week here and loved every minute of it. Thanks again!

Loved the Hotel and Staff. At first I wasn't a fan of the Parking, but it really wasn't that inconvenient tbh. Totally Recommend
