Nice hotel, room cozy, just cold. The temperature didnā€™t work in the room. The lady who welcomes your in, didnā€™t speak to me nor ask if I wanted a drink. I noticed she did ask everyone else who came in. The serve at elways for breakfast forgot to bring the sausage that came on my plate. Got it at the end of my meal. For what I spent I wouldnā€™t come again.

The furniture in the room are getting quite tired. The pillows were so used we had to ask for new ones. But the staff was fantastic!

The bathroom was large. The beds were pretty comfortable. The staff is great. They are all so friendly and helpful. The restaurant Elways on the premises has good food. We ate there quite a few times. I would stay at a Ritz Carlton again as it was a great experience.
