The room was great but housekeeping came knocking on my door when I was still in bed. My breakfast was lukewarm. We waited over 15 minutes just for water and over 30 minutes for breakfast and they were not very busy. Very disappointed this time

Interesting surrounding area of hotel.
Great hotel, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel is interesting. Lots of homeless people laying on street, toilet paper down alleys, sketchy people everywhere. No knock on the hotel. Itā€™s more of a reflection on downtown Denver. We didnā€™t die.

Great hotel in the downtown Denver area, I gave them four out of five stars for the staff area because we were unable to get there for the first night of a two night reservation. I called them on the night of the first reservation to let them know that we had travel difficulties and would not be checking in until the following day. The gentleman I spoke with assured me that would be OK, but when we arrived at the hotel, our reservation had been canceled. Other than that it was great.

Great location in relation to train station, shops & dining. They surprised us with a $25/night "hospitality fee" - which was the biggest disappointment of the hotel. Room *(421) was next to pool/gym - so very loud.

I liked that i felt safe in an unfamiliar city. I didn't like that the taxi driver charged us 20.00 for a 5 block ride from the train station.
