Everything advertised from the website perfectly matched, all expectations met. The rooms matched the pictures perfectly (not just staged photos), were clean, and were spacious. Maid service was excellent. The hotel was conveniently near public transportation. If you have a car, there is plenty of street parking nearby. The only reason for 4 stars to service was with the morning front desk. There was only one attendant which made interaction in with the front desk require waiting every time. I strongly think this is due to the fact that they were not only checking everyone in and out but we're responsible in answering all calls as well. There appeared to be additional staff nearby, but they didn't provide support. I do want to shout out to an all-star, Dairely, who was extremely bubbly, friendly, and helpful in answering any questions at night.

As for extra pillows, they never deliver them and that rooftop couch that is part of a restaurant and you have to pay to sit there. There’s no pool there is no roof access unless you’re paying for food and drink. The workout room is tiny. The room was tiny. The fridge is full of beverages you had to pay for so there was no room for our stuff.

I am traveling from TN to WY. Stopped in Denver. This hotel has a whole vibe of its own. The hotel room looks like an hgtv magazine article… with geometric tile at the entrance, subway tile in the shower and eco friendly-ness in surprising ways. Because they don’t want strangers/non guests/predators wondering into the floors a person must scan their room key in the elevator to go to their room. The rooftop!!! It is worth the expense (this room was price-y. But the view of the mountains and the city was spectacular. There is a taco restaurant up there and they hosted a free comedy night with several really funny comedians. This was such an amazing stay. Wow. I don’t want to leave but this is not my final stop.

Nice property in a developing part of town. The rest of the area will catch up in a few years and there will be better walkable dining and other amenities. If you want to drive a short distance you can find anything you want, .

It was fine, but missing some of the anemities I want in a hotel. Primarily free breakfast. I would be content with some fruit, cereal, eggs or some types of bread. The cafe isn't too expensive, but I'd like to have one meal I dont have to pay for on vacation. There is some places walkable, but the train tracks can be a hassle to get around l.

A little different from the usual
Room was a bit like an up market motel 6 with a hard floor. Surprised to find a bar and snacks available for purchase in the room. Complete with a kettle instead of the usual coffee maker. Different room layout but suited a business traveller. No on site parking but free street parking was easily found near the hotel, don't be concerned. Superb top floor outdoor bar with great tacos, thoroughly recommend visiting, great vibe. No breakfast available. All fixtures and fitting were brand new, very well appointed rooms. Great staff.

There was barely lukewarm water from the shower and the sink. We told the manager, who said he’d refund our stay. Turns out he didn’t. I’m going to call him now. Too bad, because it’s a pretty cool hotel.
