On the ground floor, you will find:

- A cosy living room, with a smart TV that provides access to Netflix, YouTube, BBC iPlayer, 4oD and ITV, where you can enjoy all your favourite movies and TV shows. A nice sofa bed that can sleep one or two 
- A nicely styled toilet and shower in addition to the family bathroom and toilet upstairs.
On the first floor, you will find:
- Bedrooms 1-4: Furnished with double beds and comfy mattresess for a good night’s rest.
- Bathroom: The family bathroom comes with a toilet, bathtub & shower head
There is parking on the drive of the house for 2 cars. The house is very closely situated to Lidl (0.5miles), Aldi, Sainsbury and the popular shopping mall - Kingsway Retail Park is only 6 mins drive away.

If a booking for 2 or fewer guests requires 2 bedrooms, there is an additional charge of £20 to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs.
Likewise, if a booking for 4 or fewer guests requires 3 bedrooms, there is an additional charge of GBP20 to cover the additional laundry, ironing and cleaning costs.
This also applies to three guests requiring three rooms, or four guests requiring three rooms etc, it is GBP20 for each additional bed that needs to be made up, with a baseline of 2 people per bed.
