Aside from the location of this hotel, nothing else was good. The front desk staff was very rude, and at times, my partner and I felt they were discriminatory. I stayed from October 28 to October 31 and paid $450 for three nights, which was mediocre at best.
The front desk staff, especially the girl who was there on the nights of the 28th and 30th, was particularly rude. I have traveled and stayed in many hotels, and they usually provide two bottles of drinking water per day. When we asked for our bottles for the next day, she claimed they were only for elite members. The girl on the 29th gave us bottles without any questions, but the girl who checked us in and the one on the 30th insisted the bottles were only for elite members. She was also very dismissive during check-in and didn't inform us about any amenities; we had to ask about everything. There was no courtesy at all. It felt like we were scammed and betrayed.
The breakfast was nearly as disappointing as the front desk service. The menu was the same every day: scrambled eggs, egg frittata, bagels, milk, cereal, and juice. There were no fresh-cut fruits, and everything was mediocre in terms of taste and quality. They need to train their staff better. Overall, the worst experience ever in the hotel that I have stayed in so far. I would never stay at any Hyatt hotel again and would not recommend anyone to stay there.
