We’ve stayed at TownePlace a few times a year and it never disappoints. Great friendly staff. Awesome sitting areas in the lobby which was perfect for our football and basketball teams. The outside fireplaces are nice and open so they sit quite a few too. Breakfast is always great and plenty available. It’s next to the mall and lots of food options plus gaming areas as well. Highly recommended.

Spent 250 dollars for a room and showed up at 6:30 wanted to freshen up for dinner reservations and room was not ready. The final answer from the staff was “I cant tell you when it will be ready”. Then when we arrived hours later we talked to the manager about it and the initial desk help was there and he lied to manager saying we were abusive towards him. Manager sent him home. This is a very short version of the night.

The breakfast was plain bad. The sausage was never cooked. I was there eating what couldn’t be cooked. All the time there was never an attendant present.the pool was nice but extremely hot.

Nice location. Water pressure could have been better but it was the 4th floor. Not informed of incidental charges and booked off another site. Have not had this problem with other bookings. However all in all a very pleasant property and comfortable sleep!

The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. The hallway near our rooms and inside our rooms smelled like marijuana. The shampoo container was empty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The room was otherwise clean. The morning of check out we lost all water pressure making departure less than ideal.
