We arrived on 30/12/17 expecting to stay for NYE. The hotel did not have anything organised. We had paid for 2 nights, left on the next ferry with most of the others who arrived with us. The weather prevented any diving, that's just bad luck. 30 years ago, this resort would have rocked! The nearby town lacked vibrancy, perhaps because we were off season. The beach is one of the best I've seen in Asia. I have an unauthorised CC transaction, the hotel is not responding.

If you are looking for a friendly, relaxed place to escape to then this is it! Stunning location, friendly staff and a back to nature feel. Clean, simple accomodation, delicious food. Stormy and Becky offer great diving/ snorkelling experiences but great snorkelling straight off the beach. Bus and ferry from Singapore was easy.

"The staff has informed us that will need to pay tourism tax if it's not book by local. Got baby stool chair. Free to watch cartoon or disney movie, no youtube. Provide buggy service to beach. Clean, free parking, staffs friendly, food ok. Cons: It's will be good if kids playing area are free."
