The villa, originally built as a farmstead, has been skilfully
restored over the years with love and attention to every single detail, in order to offer all modern comforts while maintaining the charm and taste of an ancient house. Cascina Rospus has also become ecofriendly as 100% of the energy used is produced from renewable sources.
It has a living area of 500 m2: the ground floor welcomes you with a large living room with Smart TV , the dining room with tables for 12 people and a kitchenette and a bathroom.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms, including two master bedrooms, all with large double beds, all with large double beds and equipped with independent air conditioning (NEW 2024!); two bedrooms have an additional single bed; there are finally two bathrooms, one of which is a master one, with a shower.
The property is surrounded by a fully fenced private park of about 6,000 m2, inside which there is the large pool (10m x 20m) equipped with safety gates for children and a large solarium, where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, an outbuilding with dressing room and additional bathroom. In the outbuilding there is also a dedicated and equipped barbecue room where you can make tasty barbecues to be tasted outdoors under the gazebo with table in the large garden.

Cascina Rospus enjoys a wonderful lake view surrounded by the Tower of San Martino della Battaglia and manicured vineyards that provide an atmosphere of profound peace, intimacy and privacy. Your neighbours are the vineyards where the DOC Lugana wine is cultivated and the Tower of San Martino della Battaglia with its museum. During your stay, you will be able to rediscover the scents and flavours of typical dishes in the various agritourism restaurants in the area.

-For stays longer than 7 nights there is an extra cost of €250.00 for a change of bed linen and towels and cleaning by one of our requirements.
