Aucune empathie de la part de la propriétaire Gestionnaire à la limite de la correction, aucune réponse de sa part suite à mon mail Lieu très bruyant , maison non insonorisée ( a 10 mètres de la nationale,unique route desservant la côte sous le vent) Intérieur sale vétuste 1 wc non fonctionnel Débit d’eau d’une SDB léger Équipement non conforme à la description Literie d’époque ( matelas déformé et très mou Barbecue pour enfants 4 et non 6 rouillé Wifi infonctionnelle Parking à distance passage non éclairé Prix non justifié Ne recommande surtout pas

Nous sommes arrivés avec deux de retard. Les propriétaires nous attendaient avec un.super pot d'accueil. Personnes très agréables . La maison est très bien située face à la plage. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Très bon accueil, hôtes agréables et attentionnés, à l écoute de nos demandes. Plage proche et agréable. Seul bémol, les moustiques. Une horreur ! Autre problème rencontré, le décodeur télé n a pas fonctionné durant notre séjour. Le gros problème fut uniquement les moustiques sinon le logement est bien situé pour visiter basse terre.

Un séjour authentique dans un cadre paradisiaque
Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement et nous sommes ravis. Avantages: - On voit la mer, les cocotiers, les colibris... depuis le balcon ce qui permet de bien démarrer la journée en prenant son petit déjeuner. - On accède à la mer en 1 minute à pied (compter 2 minutes pour la plage de la perle qui est magnifique). - L'appartement est bien équipé et nous n'avons manqué de rien. - Notre hôte est resté à nôtre disposition tout au long du séjour (elle habite au dessus de l'appartement). Inconvénients: - Il y a pas mal de bruit la nuit (animaux + proximité de la route) mais il y a également le bruit des vagues qui est très agréable. - Les lits ne sont pas très confortables. Bref nous conseillons vivement cette location !

Séjour très sympathique
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Félicienne qui nous a offert ses accras et le punch lors de notre arrivée. Bien que très réservée au début de notre séjour, Félicienne est une personne authentique et en bonne convivialité elle nous a fait découvrir son potager riches en plantes et préparé un dîner typique de la Guadeloupe, la soirée fut très riche en émotions. Ce séjour fut un moment agréable rempli de partages. Par contre quelques travaux seraient à envisager dans le logement qui est spacieux, surtout par rapport à l'eau chaude qui manque à une salle de bains et à la cuisine, ainsi que le fait de ne pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres qui est très gênant. situation ideale sur basse terre
location rustique et authentique accueil très chaleureux et convivial location un peu bruyante car le long de la nationale mais de l'autre coté il y a la mer les poules les chèvres ...petit balcon agréable avec vue sur la mer , il est possible de manger sur le balcon a trois sinon la table est coté route ainsi que la cuisine et une chambre restaurant et épicerie a proximité , bar sympa au bout de la plage de la perle pour l’apéro du soir deshaies a 5 km pour les restos et activites nature ste rose 12 km , sentier cotier très beau et tranquille Tres bonne adresse pour quelqu'un dont le but est de se promener et découvrir l’île et ses habitants, si vous voulez vous reposer dans un cadre agréable sans sortir de la location cherchez autre chose. Encore un grand merci pour l'accueil et le repas, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Location Deshaies (3km au nord du village)
Belle maison, bien placée: 50m de la plage... 20m de la route !!! Pas gênant, car couvert par le chant des coqs...! qui n'ont aucune notion du jour et de la nuit ! Intérieur simple, mais largement compensé par la délicieuse Sandra. Et puis on vit dehors !!! Séjour à refaire.
