This coastal decorated extra-large luxurious one-bedroom/one-bath condo, located on the second floor and just steps from the two main elevators; making beach and pool access effortless. What is an "extra-large" one-bedroom condo? Our extra-large condo is 804 square feet of living area verses a regular one-bedroom condo which is 635 square feet. That's equivalent to an additional 13 x 13 feet of living area for nearly the same rate! Go extra-large for more living area! You will not be sorry.

This unit comes complete with a huge, clean, fully equipped kitchen boasting granite counter tops throughout, and a gigantic island for family and friends to gather around and laugh about the good times.

You can grab a quick bite to eat at the center island or for a more intimate dining experience, there is the adjoining dining room table that has comfortable seating for four with beautiful views of the harbor through the full glass sliding door as you dine.

The living area has a comfortable sofa sleeper, recliner and a side chair to relax in and enjoy the 55 inch high definition T.V. with cable and WiFi. A sound bar is also available for streaming your own music.

The coastal feel of this large master bedroom features a King size bed, overhead ceiling fan, and a private access to the bathroom. Enjoy the 32 inch LED T.V. and DVD player. The large closet is equipped with hangers. There is plenty of drawer space for all your clothes. This bedroom also has it's own sliding glass door for easy access to the balcony. If you have family or friends staying with you the sofa pulls out to a queen size, 6 inch Comfort Cool mattress. No bars in your back with this sofa; it's trampoline style!

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower to rejuvenate you after some fun in the sun. The bathtub has been removed. The vanity has a granite counter and a large basin. The high-performance comfort height commode takes away any worries. The in-unit clothes washer/dryer combo is tucked away in the bathroom pantry out of sight. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of whale tail hooks! Plus, the exhaust fan is equipped with WIFI to hook up your music while showering and getting ready.

Leading from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door is the very large balcony with the most breathtaking views of the Gulf and East Pass/harbor. While you relax in the counter height seating, you will see the east jetty watching boats going in and out of the Gulf of Mexico. You also get an added perk with this unit of watching the most awe-inspiring sunsets right from your seat (April-November. )Thursday summer evenings and holidays there are fireworks all within view from the balcony. It's a fabulous display!

This was a much needed get-a-way. I lost my Mother three months ago after a 7yr battle with Alzheimer's. Her birthday was Dec 21 and this was my first Christmas without her. I came across this property while searching for a get-a-way destination. I was immediately drawn to it. The condo is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The colors are warm and inviting. My spirits were lifted the minute I walked in. Jeremy and Whitney left no stone unturned Whatever you thought you might need was there. Every need was anticipated and provided for. It was immaculate! I shared my story about my Mom with Jeremy and Whitney and explained how Christmas was my Mom's favorite time of year. So much so, that she kept her Christmas tree up year round. Whitney contacted me and asked if I would like a tree put up in the unit. It brought me to tears to be able to honor my Mom's memory in this way. Jeremy and Whitney are not only great hosts but great human beings as well. We didn't want to leave but definitely left much better than we came. Thank You so much. Tracey

This was our second time staying in this condo! And it never disappoints! Jeremy and Whitney were amazing. They knew we were coming with our infant and they let us know as soon as the condo was cleaned so we could get there early and rest after our flight. They have great amenities for the beach! Fun Get Away With My Hubby!!
The unit was very clean and so beautifully decorated. We thought the bed was very comfy. I do want to comment that the outside balcony needed to be cleaned better but hey you're at the beach. It was very nice to have those little things that you need and forget to bring and the kitchen provided all of that and we greatly appreciated it! We would highly recommend this unit!!!

We had a wonderful week here! Whitney and Jeremy were wonderful hosts and made the experience so easy from booking to arrival and departure. The condo was spacious and comfy, with very nice decor. This condo is very close to the beach for anyone interested in daily walks or just enjoying quiet time under an umbrella with complimentary beach service. Upon arrival we received a celebratory surprise from Whitney and Jeremy. They went above and beyond to help make our week special! If/when our travels find us in this area again, we will definitely book this condo!

It literally pains me to say..
It pains me to write this review because once it’s given this diamond in the (very nice) ruff will probably stay booked, but credit must be given where credit is due. This place was stinkin amazing and literally perfect in every which way. Usually we forget something here or there but Jeremy and Whitney literally thought of every little detail when it comes to a person and their family having a quick get away. We traveled with a 10 week old and 4 year old and it felt like we were in a homey palace. From my husband and son jamming to the Bluetooth shower every night to having a perfect balcony that I could enjoy beautiful views while keeping an eye on a sleeping baby from the bedroom door entrance. It was the check out of crazy and check in to complete serenity. You can pack what you want for the beach, but they literally have thought of everything for convenience for their guests. And the perfect view of the fireworks were an added bonus not having to get out. We loved this place and hopefully it won’t be too booked up for us to make it a yearly quick get away to reset. Thank you Whitney and Jeremy so much!!!

I have been coming to Destin for over 30 years. And in that time, we have stayed at condos and houses. This property is so much more above the rest! The owners thought of everything. The sofa bed was extremely comfortable for our 14-year-old. Location is great, with easy access to stairs and elevator. I very much appreciate it the surplus of hangers, hooks in the bathroom, cookware, glassware, and extra supplies. Bathroom is beautiful as is the rest of the decor. I will definitely rebook this condo. The balcony furniture was comfortable and sturdy. The condo was spotless upon entering. I definitely noticed the extra pillows, throw blankets, and satellite TV. The linens and towels were fantastic quality. Communication with the owner was prompt, efficient and plentiful! Thank you so much for a great stay! All of our friends staying in other units agreed our condo was the best!

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break in this beautiful condo steps away from a wonderful beach and heated pool! We loved seeing the dolphins while walking on the beach each morning! The condo was very clean and spacious with everything we needed! Beautiful views from the deck complete with a fireworks show one night! Communication with Whitney was excellent! If we are lucky enough to return to Destin, we would definitely stay here again!
