Staff rummaged through my belongings and stole my valuables. Items stolen required sophisticated search techniques. Lip service from management only. Do not leave anything behind if you leave your room. And to top that off, first night stay no air conditioning…they could not fix and sweat box all night with little sleep. Other than moving me to another room , not even offering me a free cocktail from a terrible sleep in plus 26. You just would not expect this from such a high calibre hotel or at least they portray themselves as a high calibre hotel and charge big money.
