Welcome to our beautifully renovated 1925 home, just a 1 block walk from Main Street in downtown Royal Oak! Perfect for business travelers and vacationers, this charming retreat blends modern style with classic character. It features a cozy living area, 3 spacious bedrooms for up to 8 guests, a stylish dining room, cocktail bar, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the game room with a Pacman arcade and foosball, or relax in the private yard with cornhole. We can't wait to welcome you!

-Main Floor: Open concept living area, dining room, and bright kitchen with cozy breakfast nook overlooking the backyard. Updated half bath.
-Second Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds, 1 bunk with full, twin, and twin trundle), plus a full bath. Workspace in one bedroom.
-Lower Level: Fun game room, bar area, movie-night living area and laundry space.
-Outside: Large patio and spacious garage.

We absolutely love our location! We are only one block from Main Street in Downtown Royal Oak. Our home is located just 9 minutes to Downtown Ferndale, 15 minutes to Downtown Birmingham, 15 minutes to Troy/Somerset Mall, 20 minutes to Downtown Detroit, & so much more! Walk to the Dream Cruise in August or enjoy all of the downtown shopping and restaurants just around the corner!

Traveling for business? Our home is conventionally located just 12 minutes to Royal Oak Beaumont (Corwell Health), 15 minutes to GM Tech Center & 19 minutes to Chrysler Stamping Plant.
