The breakfast host was top notch- she was friendly and happy to help me with my waffle batter. Nice breakfast, comfortable linen. Surprised my new Alfa Romeo car was safe. The Rivertown area has a mix of Section -8 and high end co-op condos. Great stay!

Nice place for an overnight. Dated .. but we are fine with that for the price :) clean and friendly staff amd a nice breakfast in the morning. LOVE THE 2 PM CHECK IN :) Definitely would stay here again

I stayed here for two weeks and it was a great experience. The manager was so kind and greeted me almost every day. The checking in and checking out processes were quick and easy. Breakfast was available and the selection was pretty good (although I wish they offered some type of dairy alternative). My room was clean too. You really can’t beat the location, which is on Jefferson (very near a mini-Meijer) and included free, ample parking. I do wish that other guests would be more mindful of how they parked though. MANY (like at least 5-10, every day) couldn’t park in the lines and I just found that to be incredibly rude and inconsiderate.

This place is so close to the tunnel to cross to Canada. The is a bus that picks you up right in front of the hotel and takes you to the terminal where you can take the tunnel bus. The staff is very helpful. Also, the breakfast was great!! I would return to this hotel.

I have never reviewed a property before. My daughter and I stayed after a show because it was rated 7.2. We arrived at 10 and if we had been more familiar with the area and had other options we never would have stayed. It was dirty and did not feel safe. We left very early the next morning after a loud night of no sleep.

I'd give high marks to the housekeeping staff, and the gentleman who checked us in was pleasant. But the hotel itself is shabby, the AC unit in my room was anemic at best and the surrounding areas were worrisome.
