Disgusting and smelly should be shut down!
The outside of the building has a patio door on every room about a foot away from the cars parking. When you enter it smells and looks horrible and run down. We figured it was only for the night so we'd just survive it. We got into our room and it was 97° and the a/c was broken and barely attached to the wall. The walls were dirty and there was a whole new gross smell in the air. I didn't want to sit on the chair let alone lay in the bed. We immediately checked out and they said I could only get a refund from hotels.com and hotels.com says only from them. If you are looking for a cheap gross smelly place...this is it!

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I stayed here in late July and the air conditioner was broke. The whole hotel was very hot. The sliding glass door to the outside had no latch and therefor couldn’t be locked. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. The tv didn’t work at all. I found out the tub would barely drain about mid shower. There were cigarette butts just randomly laying on the carpet in the hallways. The place was genuinely dirty everywhere. The walls of my room had weird marks all over. Communication with the front desk is practically impossible due to language barriers. I would recommend staying anywhere else that you can.

The staff was rude, the housekeeping staff was rude and blew off doing my room even though I requested it daily. There was black mold growing in the shower in my room, the carpets were filthy. There were cockroaches in this place, excessive noise from people partying in the parking lot, people running up and down the hallways making noise and yelling, doors were slamming at all hours of the day and night. The elevator had Jerry-rigged doors, and was out of order on the day I checked out. The pool was unclean. There was the heavy smell of pot in the building at times, and what looked like prostitution and drug dealings going on at this place. This place neeeds to either be closed down, or renovated with all of the staff being re-trained or replaced! An absolutely disgusting place to stay with no care at all about quality in cleanliness, upkeep of the building and rooms, or to customer service! The building is run down, dirty, and is not safe to stay there! #DaysInn14MileMadisonHeightsMichigan

The breakfast at this hotel was lacking a lot of foods. The hotel only has an outdoor pool no inside pool or hot tub. The room service apparently only comes every Tuesday and Friday.

The in room hot tub is amazing. Room a lil dirty spider webs. But the bed was clean and comfy. Black out curtains allow a small amount of light in. The mini fridge was amazing. Pure Rum turned to slush in the freezer 😋. The staff is helpful but will also leave you alone when you just want to walk by. Place smelled like marijuana but NOT in a bad way. Everyone there was chill. It was exactly the kind of low key place I enjoy.

We arrived within 2 hours of booking the room and the place had needle and blood stains on the curtains, filth everywhere and the carpet was so soiled that u couldn’t breathe good, we immediately ask to checkout the manager said yes then they charged us for the entire night. Plus they have roaches
