The hotel is convenient for dining and shopping. However the one staff member was extremely rude and the description online is inaccurate since it shows a hot tub and there is not one there.

Great location but left exhausted
The hotel had a convenient location and nice staff. The room itself was clean and spacious. The pool area was dirty and jam packed with people. Not enough room to sit and over capacity. I did feel like our door to our room was made of paper. We could hear everything including conversations from the room across the hall, not to mention all the kids screaming and running through the halls. The house keepers started early and we could hear them all morning long ( not their fault) basically if you wanted to sleep past 7:30 it wasn’t going to happen

The room smell like chlorine when we entered. Parking space was limited and we didnt have no extra sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. After calling, went to pick it up and there was only one person there, she was super friendly but it seem like she was stressed over being the only one there. I wouldnt sleep on the first floor again.
