The TV wasn’t working, the curtains were falling off the window. The TV cabinet was about 8 ” from the foot of the bed making for an extremely challenging path to the bathroom. On a positive note the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom updated.

Wow where will i begin do not i repeat do not stay here its looks nothing like the pictures. I repeat nothing like the pictures I will say the young lady at the front was real nice but that is where the Quality stops at. Hotel.com this motel 6 needs to be removed from your listing we trust you and I was so disappointed. Its very scary some one was beating on my door @ 4 in the Am looking to fight someone they fought and i tried to call the front desk and my room phone didn’t work. lol it definitely was not unforgettable experience it definitely hooded. DO NOT STAY AT THIS FAKE Quality Inn AKA MOTEL 6

It was definitely not like it was stated on Expedia. It was dirty & felt very unsafe. There was a homeless person in the lobby asking for money. Someone staying there was complaining about the terrible smoke smell in his room & an issue with the smoke detector. We didn't bother to check in.

You guys need to take this hotel off your list. The property Did not look like the picture we was expecting something else that we did not get very unhappy. Also, they were fighting the first night. We got there knocking on our doors the whole night very unhappy. 😞

Not a safe area. We went into to check in there was a homeless woman in the lobby asking for money. Another person came down saying his room smelled so bad of smoke & he thinks someone tampered with the smoke detector & asked for a different room. We didn't stay & are trying to get out money back.

This is the worst hotels.com experience we have ever had. We've come to trust booking through you but you should never have offered this booking to us. It is in total disrepair and should be condemned.We did not stay at this property. We booked another hotel and left. I will ask for my money back on this booking or at least a full credit for another hotel stay.

This place is horrendous, it's dirty, there were cigarette burns and old gum all over the carpets in the bedroom, it smelled like cigarettes, someone was trying to selling me drugs the moment opened my room door to the parking lot outside. They also in a clearly empty hotel tried to get me to pay a whole night when I promptly pointed out my issues and asked to a refund so I could stay at the comfort inn down the street instead (which was the same price and hilariously better). To top it off the sink in my room was fully clogged and filled to the top with water after I just wanted to wash my hands and shower after a long day of traveling
