To start, I booked a king bed room, but In was given a double queen. The room doors are old and had some damage. The ac is noisy. The washroom exhaust barely works. The bed linings were stained (yellowish) I could hear other rooms from the ac duct. Smells like cigarette smoke.

I reserved a room with two queen beds and was placed in a room with two full beds. When I asked to a roll away for my mother to sleep on I was told they could not send one up due to a fire code. Needless to say I spent the night on the floor. Well done team Sheraton!!

Nice hotel, reasonable price
I would give this hotel 5 stars, but there were very rude guests that were still up and being very loud at 230 a.m. and it echoed very badly in to the rooms. Definitely not the hotel issue, however, in my opinion, it would have been smart for someone to step in and ask the guests to be a little quieter.

Checked in very late at night. The lady at the desk was not friendly or knowledgeable. The lobby and elevator stunk of marijuana (probably from a guest.) The carpeting in the halls are badly stained throughout and give a terrible appearance to the property. The breakfast waitress was extremely kind.
